The library at St. Helena School provides the students with the latest resources in books, and access to technology and innovative ideas. The students in Pre-k through fourth grade are exposed to a wide genre of literature and a firm foundation in library skills.

Research skills begin with the third grade and continue as a major part of the curriculum in grade six. Students are taught how to produce a bibliography and also to cite information within a research paper. Grades seven and eight use the library during class time with the subject teacher or independently at lunch.

Computers are available for online research. World Book Online is available to students and teachers from our school or at home. The Book Talk Club is a fun activity for students during lunch. Students are encouraged to read and awards are given out at the end of the year.
